These terms govern your access to and use of the Ball Mastery training portal (the “Portal”), provided by the QuickPlay group of companies (“QuickPlay”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The specific QuickPlay company responsible for providing the Portal to you depends on your region, as set out in section 1. By creating an account or using the Portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.
The Portal is provided by the QuickPlay group. The QuickPlay company responsible for providing it to you — the entity you contract with — depends on your region:
Whichever company applies to you, you can contact us at support@quickplaysport.com.
The Portal is provided as part of the Ball Mastery mat product. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Portal and its drills for your own training. We may update, change, or remove content at any time, and we may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance.
You agree not to:
All content on the Portal — including drills, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the Ball Mastery name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your licence to use it is limited to personal, non-commercial training and does not transfer any ownership to you.
Ball Mastery provides physical training drills. Physical activity carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. We recommend you warm up properly, train within your ability, use a suitable space, and stop if you feel unwell or experience pain. If you have any medical condition or concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting. Where a child uses the Portal, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising their training and ensuring it is appropriate for them.
If you are under 18, you may only use the Portal with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own accounts without parental consent.
Drill videos may be hosted and delivered via third-party services such as YouTube. Your use of that embedded content may also be subject to the relevant provider’s own terms.
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal, or from your participation in the training. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or misuse the Portal. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
The law that governs these terms, and the courts that have jurisdiction, depend on the QuickPlay company providing the Portal to you (see section 1):
In each case, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
