Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the Ball Mastery training portal (the “Portal”), provided by the QuickPlay group of companies (“QuickPlay”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The specific QuickPlay company responsible for providing the Portal to you depends on your region, as set out in section 1. By creating an account or using the Portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. Who we are

The Portal is provided by the QuickPlay group. The QuickPlay company responsible for providing it to you — the entity you contract with — depends on your region:

  • United Kingdom & Rest of World — QUICK PLAY SPORT Ltd., registered in England and Wales under company number 06434042, registered office Electric Works, 3 Concourse Way, Sheffield, England, S1 2BJ.
  • European Union / EEA — QUICKPLAY Sport B.V. (trading as QUICKPLAY EU), registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 77604431, registered office Keizersgracht 241, 1016 EA Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  • United States — QUICK PLAY SPORT LLC, registered in Wyoming, registered office 1712 Pioneer Ave. Ste. 500, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82001.

Whichever company applies to you, you can contact us at support@quickplaysport.com.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • You must let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Access to the Portal

The Portal is provided as part of the Ball Mastery mat product. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Portal and its drills for your own training. We may update, change, or remove content at any time, and we may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, record, redistribute, or publicly share the drill videos or other content;
  • attempt to access the Portal by any means other than the interface we provide, or scrape or harvest data from it;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal or its systems; or
  • use the Portal for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Portal — including drills, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the Ball Mastery name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your licence to use it is limited to personal, non-commercial training and does not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Health and safety

Ball Mastery provides physical training drills. Physical activity carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. We recommend you warm up properly, train within your ability, use a suitable space, and stop if you feel unwell or experience pain. If you have any medical condition or concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting. Where a child uses the Portal, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising their training and ensuring it is appropriate for them.

7. Children

If you are under 18, you may only use the Portal with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own accounts without parental consent.

8. Third-party content

Drill videos may be hosted and delivered via third-party services such as YouTube. Your use of that embedded content may also be subject to the relevant provider’s own terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal, or from your participation in the training. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or misuse the Portal. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

The law that governs these terms, and the courts that have jurisdiction, depend on the QuickPlay company providing the Portal to you (see section 1):

  • United Kingdom & Rest of World (QUICK PLAY SPORT Ltd.) — the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction.
  • European Union / EEA (QUICKPLAY Sport B.V.) — the laws of the Netherlands, with the competent Netherlands courts having jurisdiction.
  • United States (QUICK PLAY SPORT LLC) — the laws of the State of Wyoming, with the courts of Wyoming having jurisdiction.

In each case, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
